Position Profile

Dash Group Global is searching for an experienced MEP Engineer to join its growing construction division in Dubai. This position centers on managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting installations across active building developments, ensuring precise execution and smooth coordination between technical consultants, main contractors, and field installation teams.

Main Duties

  • Direct the physical site execution of all MEP system installations, including HVAC, electrical grids, plumbing, and fire life safety infrastructure.

  • Collaborate closely with external engineering consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors to streamline project phases.

  • Monitor active site works continuously to verify strict alignment with approved design drawings, project specifications, and quality benchmarks.

  • Review complex technical blueprints and resolve schematic or spatial clashes prior to field construction.

  • Assist in planning project timelines and compiling progress documentation to keep delivery on track and within budget.

  • Enforce regulatory safety protocols and quality-assurance standards across all active MEP workspaces.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

  • Professional Background: 3 to 5 years of active MEP site coordination and execution experience within the construction sector.

  • Core Aptitudes: Comprehensive, working understanding of HVAC systems, electrical setups, plumbing networks, and firefighting compliance guidelines.

  • Local Frameworks: Familiarity with regional UAE construction standards and municipality regulations is highly valued.

  • Soft Skills: Sharp analytical trouble-shooting capabilities, professional communication skills, and an organized approach to managing subcontractors.
