Position Profile

Elegant Qubes Decoration L.L.C is seeking a commercially astute Senior Estimator to manage complex pricing operations from its Dubai office. This role oversees the commercial lifecycle for high-end events, exhibitions, custom joinery, and luxury interior fit-out contracts. The position demands deep technical insight to build competitive tenders, carry out precise material take-offs, and guide value engineering initiatives.

Main Duties

• Produce detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for bespoke events, exhibition stands, luxury fit-out installations, and complex joinery projects.

• Evaluate architectural blueprints, technical drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to determine precise material requirements and labor expenditures.

• Execute thorough quantity take-offs and compile comprehensive, competitive tender packages.

• Formulate strategic pricing structures that balance market competitiveness with healthy profit margins.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Production, Procurement, and Project Management teams to align physical project realities with estimated budgets.

• Identify cost-saving alternatives and lead value engineering exercises to optimize resource allocation without compromising quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Professional Background: 8 or more years of proven estimation experience, with solid exposure to custom fabrication, bespoke joinery, exhibition structures, and high-end fit-out projects within the GCC region.

• Domain Expertise: Advanced familiarity with BOQ compilation, tender submissions, cost planning, procurement coordination, and estimation methodologies.

• Core Aptitudes: Sharp mathematical precision, excellent commercial awareness, and strong organizational skills necessary to hit tight bidding deadlines.
