Role Overview

W. L. Gore & Associates is looking for a strategic Pricing Analyst to join its Gore Performance Solutions commercial division. In this fully remote capacity, you will architect, implement, and govern global pricing strategies, create scalable margin-protection frameworks, and run financial analytics to drive sustainable revenue optimization across multiple international product applications.

Main Duties

  • Segment global pricing matrices according to distinct customer demographics, product tiers, application environments, and sales distribution funnels.

  • Coordinate alongside Product Management and Corporate Finance to develop value-based pricing metrics across the asset life cycle.

  • Track price realization data and construct predictive financial models to identify margin leakages or revenue growth opportunities.

  • Drive regular cross-departmental reviews to update transactional matrix pricing and protect profit targets from inflation or supply shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Technical Mastery: Highly proficient handling enterprise ERP architecture, CRM databases, advanced corporate pricing software, and Microsoft Power BI reporting platforms.

  • Soft Skills & Travel: Exceptional stakeholder coordination, the ability to direct project consensus across a matrix organization without direct authority, and a readiness for up to 25% professional travel.

Value Proposition

  • Corporate healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision) active beginning on your first day

  • Direct corporate financial upside via an Associate Stock Ownership Plan (ASOP) and profit-sharing schemes

  • Variable compensation program linked closely to overall business unit achievements

  • 100% remote office environment available from eligible domestic locations
