Job Summary

Avoir is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Recruiters to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and have strong communication and coordination skills to support end-to-end recruitment processes and build pipelines for various clients.

Primary Accountabilities

• Source qualified candidates using major job boards, portals, and recruitment platforms.

• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate applicants based on specific client job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly between candidates and internal hiring teams.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper tracking of applications within internal systems.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with job portal management, applicant tracking processes, and candidate sourcing tools.

• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational traits, and time management.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
