Experience Required: 2–3 Years in a Recruitment Agency Setting (Bulk Hiring Experience Preferred)

Role Overview

Links UAE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with agency recruitment experience who are confident in managing end-to-end, high-volume hiring processes for various white-collar positions and working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Core Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of white-collar roles.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple talent acquisition channels.

• Conduct interviews and handle all direct coordination with hiring managers and clients.

• Handle high-volume, bulk hiring assignments efficiently and within strict deadlines.

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and active candidate pools.

• Track open requisitions to ensure timely closure of positions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Core Competencies: Proven experience in bulk hiring, strong candidate sourcing, structured screening, and proactive stakeholder management skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a target-driven, high-pressure atmosphere.

• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
