Job Summary

A prestigious luxury fashion retail brand in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires, while supporting the company’s hiring objectives.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for retail, sales, and store-based positions.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with HR and store management.

  • Manage job advertisements, recruitment databases, and hiring platforms.

  • Ensure candidates align with the company’s brand values and customer service standards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks, with knowledge of high-volume and customer-facing retail recruitment.

  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the UAE/GCC retail recruitment market and practices is an advantage.

  • Languages: Fluent English is required; additional language skills are an asset.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and applicant tracking systems.
