Job Summary

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to support remote technology, cloud, AI, data, and operational initiatives across internal teams and client engagements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, analyze business data, optimize revenue operations, and develop practical solutions that support organizational growth.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Lead assigned revenue workstreams through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and eventual team handoff.

  • Partner with engineering, product, marketing, data, and business teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional alignment.

  • Design efficient operational workflows and structured analytical solutions to mitigate corporate bottlenecks.

  • Document system changes, operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), trade-offs, and critical project risks.

  • Evaluate commercial data pipelines to optimize daily operational performance and commercial efficiency.

  • Communicate project updates, risk assessment reports, and analytical insights with minimal direct oversight.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Frameworks: Hands-on experience navigating Revenue Operations structures, enterprise CRM databases, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

  • Sector Background: Prior experience supporting SaaS, fintech, martech, healthcare technology, data platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems is preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Strong operational process optimization, advanced reporting, asynchronous communication, and thorough documentation skills.
