Job Summary
Adventist Health is seeking a highly detailed and systematic Revenue Recovery Associate to support its Patient Financial Services division. Operating entirely in a remote capacity, this position focuses on inputting client billing information, managing accurate claims records, auditing financial transactions, and ensuring optimal efficiency across the healthcare network’s revenue cycle lifecycle.
Primary Accountabilities

Input patient and institutional billing data with absolute accuracy into dedicated health system ERP databases.

Audit and verify incoming medical billing data sets to secure complete, compliant claims generation.

Facilitate the structured compilation and submission of provider reimbursement claims.

Liaise closely with internal team units to report, analyze, and correct claim generation errors or systemic billing discrepancies.

Collate daily collection data metrics and monthly revenue cycle activities into organized reporting formats for administrative review.

Assist with internal billing audits and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing workflow improvements.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; an Associate or Technical degree in a related business or healthcare field is highly preferred.

Domain Experience: Prior background handling high-volume data entry billing, collections, or reimbursement processing within a healthcare environment.

Technical & Professional Mastery: Strong knowledge of medical billing terminology, revenue cycle operations, and secure financial documentation handling.

Core Competencies: Clear team communication skills, sharp analytical verification capabilities, and a commitment to following strict regulatory compliance guidelines.

Preferred Credentials: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) is a major asset.
