  • Safety Officer: AED 2,500 – AED 5,000 per month

  • Safety Engineer: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month

Job Summary

Aarima Technical Services is urgently recruiting Safety Officers and Safety Engineers for its ongoing construction and engineering initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The positions focus on supervising site conditions, enforcing health and safety protocols, and minimizing operational hazards to ensure projects strictly conform to corporate and regulatory safety standards.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Monitor on-site activities continuously to ensure comprehensive compliance with regional workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Perform routine structural site inspections to identify, log, and isolate potential environmental or operational safety hazards.

  • Enforce project safety procedures, hazard controls, and internal corporate safety policies across all field teams.

  • Draft, update, and manage safety-related documentation, field logs, and incident reports.

  • Support the rollout of risk mitigation programs, safety training initiatives, and emergency response plans.

  • Coordinate closely with project managers and engineering teams to establish and preserve an accident-free working environment.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Geographic Availability: Candidates must be currently located inside the United Arab Emirates and ready to begin immediate deployment.

  • Visa Standings: Applicants holding their own visas (independent or family sponsorship) are highly preferred.
