Job Summary

Yummy Junction is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join its corporate Head Office team in Dubai. This position is tailored for a finance professional with deep operational roots in the food and beverage industry who can take ownership of multi-unit accounting operations, secure total financial reporting accuracy, and provide the analytical insights necessary to support commercial business decisions.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Prepare accurate corporate financial statements and ensure the structured execution of month-end and year-end closing sequences.

  • Execute comprehensive general ledger account reconciliations to ensure the systematic precision of internal records.

  • Monitor detailed food costing margins, supervise inventory management systems, and generate regular cash flow analysis reports.

  • Enforce corporate financial policies, maintain statutory bookkeeping controls, and record high-volume transactional data.

  • Leverage specialized enterprise accounting software to track daily store-level financial inputs and operational overhead metrics.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline.

  • Industry Tenure: A minimum of 4 years of dedicated accounting experience strictly within the F&B finance sector.

  • Domain Domain Mastery: Advanced understanding of recipe/food costing, waste tracking, inventory control systems, and localized cash flow dynamics.

  • Technical Frameworks: High proficiency navigating accounting software setups; hands-on familiarity with ME Accounting Software is a distinct operational advantage.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Sharp analytical thinking capabilities, excellent time management, and clear communication skills when delivering data to leadership teams.
