Position Objective

AAYU Tax & Management Consultants is recruiting a meticulous Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio out of its Bur Dubai office. This professional will oversee tax filings, balance corporate ledgers, and deliver precise management reporting to ensure clients remain aligned with UAE financial regulations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulate and evaluate accurate financial statements in accordance with active reporting standards.

  • Coordinate and process local UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns alongside associated filing requirements.

  • Maintain detailed general ledgers and execute structured, periodic account reconciliations.

  • Analyze financial metrics to construct comprehensive monthly management reviews for client profiles.

  • Support client accounts during internal or external audits while providing baseline advisory backing to corporate contacts.

Qualifications & Professional Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

  • Regional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active, hands-on accounting tenure inside the United Arab Emirates.

  • Tax Competency: Robust working knowledge of UAE VAT and newly introduced Corporate Tax frameworks.

  • Technical Stack: Proficient in managing accounting suites such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally.

  • Professional Attributes: Highly organized and self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
