Job Summary

Meten Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join its Finance Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or the shipping industry who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Primary Accountabilities

• Manage comprehensive accounts receivable (AR) activities, cash collections, and customer follow-ups.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) workflows and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments.

• Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

• Monitor cash flow and compile precise financial reports for corporate management.

• Support VAT, Corporate Tax compliance requirements, and external audit operations.

• Strengthen underlying financial controls and recommend strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

• Industry Focus: Mandatory background working within the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping sector.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and corporate communication skills.

• Technical Mastery: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, modern ERP frameworks, financial reporting, and tax/audit support workflows.
