Job Summary

GEMS Education Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its administrative team. The chosen candidate will spearhead all government relations workflows, managing employee documentation, immigration setups, and labor portals to guarantee absolute compliance with regional frameworks.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Process and supervise all UAE labor, immigration, residency, and employment visa workflows.

  • Coordinate external activities with regional UAE government departments, municipal ministries, and administrative web portals.

  • Execute timely processing sequences for organizational approvals, identity credentials, and statutory renewals.

  • Document strict historical record logs of all ongoing PRO workflows and corporate licensing interactions.

  • Advise internal departments on updated regional labor laws and institutional compliance adjustments.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Proven hands-on track record working as a corporate PRO within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Domain Expertise: Profound operational mastery over UAE labor, immigration, visa processing, and official documentation protocols.

  • Interpersonal Traits: Clear verbal and written communication skills alongside strong multi-tasking organizational capabilities.

  • Industry Insights: Previous experience navigating regulatory requirements within the regional education or private school industry sector is highly advantageous.
