Job Summary

DXG FINANCIAL is conducting an immediate walk-in interview drive today at its Dubai offices to recruit Telesales Executives. The company is seeking high-energy, trilingual communicators who can immediately join the team, execute outbound telemarketing campaigns, and drive client acquisition for its financial services portfolios.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to present financial service offerings.

  • Engage prospects persuasively in multiple languages to understand their requirements and pitch appropriate solutions.

  • Meet daily telephonic talk-time metrics and individual sales conversion targets set by management.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and log interaction outcomes within the internal database.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory to communicate effectively with the target demographic.

  • Availability: Must be available as an immediate joiner to transition into the role without a prolonged notice period.

  • Core Aptitude: Strong telephonic communication skills, a persuasive sales demeanor, and resilience under target-driven performance pressures.
