Salary: AED 4,500 – 7,000 per month (Estimated)

Experience Required: 3–4 years of professional accounting experience

Position Profile

FastRide Shipping LLC is recruiting a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily fiscal operations within its active shipping and logistics division. This role is responsible for executing full-charge bookkeeping, maintaining general ledgers, processing complex reconciliations, and supporting month-end financial closings to secure complete transaction accuracy.

Main Duties

  • Process daily ledger transactions and ensure the precise classification of all incoming and outgoing financial records.

  • Draft and update routine accounting reports, balance sheets, and administrative financial documents.

  • Perform routine account reconciliations, auditing bank statements and vendor invoices to correct any data anomalies.

  • Assist senior finance staff with month-end close procedures, variance analysis, and internal reporting schedules.

  • Coordinate with regional logistics and operations departments to streamline payment tracking and bill collection.

  • Enforce strict compliance with internal corporate accounting policies and local financial regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas) and modern corporate accounting software.

  • Core Competencies: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills in English, combined with the discipline to meet tight financial reporting deadlines independently.

  • Visa & Availability Preference: Candidates currently under a Husband Visa sponsorship are preferred, as are applicants who are available to start immediately.
