Position Focus

Vidira Concept Wedding Parties Organizing L.L.C. is seeking a systematic, detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations within its Dubai-based wedding and events agency. This position oversees day-to-day bookkeeping, handles accounts payable and receivable files, balances ledger accounts, and structures UAE VAT compliance filings to safeguard financial integrity.

Core Duties

  • Administer daily bookkeeping protocols to secure accurate, real-time financial tracking.

  • Drive Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles, ensuring timely collections and vendor disbursements.

  • Draft, review, and file quarterly VAT reports in strict alignment with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

  • Execute monthly account reconciliations, identifying and resolving cash or bank entry discrepancies.

  • Formulate comprehensive financial statements and monthly balance sheets for leadership review.

  • Maintain an orderly, auditable physical and digital archiving system for all tax invoices and transaction vouchers.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related field.

  • Professional Tenure: At least 2 years of active accounting operations experience, preferably within the UAE.

  • Technical Tools: High proficiency in Tally ERP database management alongside advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel.

  • Domain Knowledge: Firm grasp of general ledger entries, VAT compliance rules, and invoice processing cycles.

  • Personal Traits: Outstanding mathematical precision, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to run fiscal operations autonomously.
