Position Profile

Tasees Properties is seeking a detail-focused Accountant to manage its day-to-day financial operations in Ajman. This on-site role requires a corporate accounting professional who will take ownership of general ledger accuracy, cash flow tracking, invoice auditing, and financial reporting within a fast-paced property management environment.

Main Duties

  • Record, classify, and summarize daily corporate accounting transactions with high precision.

  • Administer full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, managing client invoices, vendor receipts, and journal entries.

  • Execute monthly bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow metrics, and track company operational expenditures.

  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reporting packages.

  • Assist with year-end financial closing activities and ensure complete alignment with UAE accounting standards.

  • Systematize, archive, and protect financial records, tax invoices, and supporting administrative documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.

  • Industry Background: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with mandatory prior exposure to the real estate or property management sector.

  • Technical Frameworks: Essential, hands-on mastery of Zoho Books accounting software, alongside intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for financial data analysis.

  • Core Aptitudes: Strong analytical reasoning, precise organizational habits, and the capacity to work autonomously under strict closing timelines.
