Role Overview

A private client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Lifestyle Coordinator to manage high-end personal requests and luxury lifestyle logistics. The position demands absolute discretion, an exceptional eye for presentation, and seamless coordination across multiple private residences, luxury brands, and premium service vendors.

Primary Accountabilities

• Execute daily personal and lifestyle requests for the Principal from initial sourcing through final delivery.

• Secure premium luxury items, bespoke gifts, and specialty purchases, managing the full procurement and verification process.

• Design and curate high-end presentation elements, including elegant gift wrapping, customized hampers, and floral displays.

• Oversee residential aesthetics, supporting home styling initiatives, seasonal décor setups, and formal table arrangements.

• Organize the secure transport, inventory tracking, and structural staging of personal belongings across various properties.

• Accompany the Principal on local and international travel itineraries at short notice, maintaining absolute confidentiality at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

• Professional Background: Prior tenure managing administrative or lifestyle tasks for high-profile private clients, executive leadership, or UHNW individuals.

• Creative Talents: Proven background or strong aptitude in luxury gifting, aesthetic design, floral presentation, or creative retail styling.

• Operational Attributes: Highly organized multi-tasker capable of working independently in high-pressure, fluid environments.

• Logistical Flexibility: Residing in Abu Dhabi with full structural availability to travel internationally and stay away from home for extended operational durations.

• Profile Preference: Female candidates of Philippine nationality are requested by the client to align with specific household setups.
