Job Summary

Bartawi Group is seeking a highly creative and strategic Personal Branding & PR Assistant to work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Management Team. This role is focused on strengthening executive visibility, enhancing corporate reputation, and driving thought leadership initiatives across digital and professional platforms.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee and strengthen the CEO’s personal brand and professional public image across all networks.

  • Draft high-impact LinkedIn content, articles, speeches, executive communications, and interview materials.

  • Lead multimedia production initiatives, including professional photography, videography, and social media assets.

  • Coordinate press appearances, PR opportunities, podcasts, speaking engagements, and major industry events.

  • Formulate structured content calendars and proactive audience engagement strategies.

  • Monitor industry developments, media coverage footprints, and key audience engagement metrics.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is strictly mandatory.

  • Core Competencies: Strong expertise in LinkedIn management, executive branding, digital content strategy, copywriting, and project management.

  • Sector Background: Prior experience supporting executive positioning within Construction, Real Estate, or diversified Corporate Groups is considered a distinct advantage.
