Experience Required: 2–5 Years in Biomedical Equipment Servicing (Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory)

Job Summary

AWS Distribution Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Service Engineer to join its expanding team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of medical equipment while providing excellent customer support across the UAE.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Install, commission, calibrate, and configure specialized biomedical equipment.

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent corrective repairs on medical systems.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical faults efficiently while maintaining safety compliance.

  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain meticulous equipment maintenance records.

  • Deliver technical support and user training to healthcare clients.

  • Manage, support, and acquire Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC).

  • Travel across the UAE to provide prompt, onsite technical service at client locations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with diagnostic, imaging, ICU, OT, or laboratory medical devices.

  • Core Competencies: Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and contract management (AMC/CMC) abilities.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a commitment to professional service delivery.

  • Mobility: Absolute willingness to travel throughout the UAE; a valid UAE driving license is required.
