A leading organization in the construction and engineering sector is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to join its operations in the UAE. This position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about maintaining rigorous structural standards, overseeing compliance throughout all project stages, and driving continuous process improvements alongside project stakeholders.

Primary Accountabilities

• Implement, monitor, and sustain effective QA/QC procedures across all active phases of construction projects.

• Conduct detailed quality inspections, internal audits, and control assessments to guarantee strict project compliance.

• Verify that on-site work and delivered materials align precisely with required specifications, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed quality reports, inspection records, and testing documentation.

• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, material suppliers, and internal project teams regarding any quality-related matters.

• Identify operational quality discrepancies, recommend structured corrective actions, and support ongoing process improvements.

• Deliver localized quality awareness training and assist with the broader deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Professional Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Industry Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven QA/QC experience specifically within heavy construction or engineering project environments.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep comprehension of construction quality standards, regulatory compliance, and audit documentation processes.

• Preferred Assets: Valid ISO certifications and functional experience utilizing dedicated QA/QC management software are highly advantageous.

• Core Traits: Sharp analytical problem-solving skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
