A leading engineering organization in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer (MEP) to join its growing team. This opportunity focuses on implementing rigorous quality assurance and quality control procedures within the MEP sector to maintain premium construction standards across project Lifecycles.

Core Duties

  • Implement, monitor, and enforce QA/QC procedures specifically tailored for MEP projects.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with approved quality standards and blueprints.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain extensive quality control documentation, audit reports, and inspection records.

  • Coordinate closely with project management teams to resolve quality-related discrepancies efficiently.

  • Ensure all work satisfies local UAE authority regulations and explicit project specifications.

  • Monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) logs to uphold structural and system performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience: Essential background in the UAE MEP industry; candidates without regional experience will not be considered.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Geographic Status: Applicants must currently reside within the UAE. Immediate joiners are heavily preferred.

  • Technical Compliance: Strong mastery of MEP systems, quality management systems (QMS), and UAE local authority compliance protocols.
