Experience Required: Experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or a similar role (Mandatory Construction Industry Background)

Job Summary

Vincitore Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join the Founder’s Office in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, providing high-level administrative and operational support, preparing critical reports, and managing multiple priorities while ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Provide advanced administrative, administrative scheduling, and operational support directly to the Founder.

  • Prepare accurate financial and operational reports, professional presentations, and detailed MIS dashboards.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive the execution of core business priorities.

  • Oversee calendar management, schedule executive meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle follow-up actions.

  • Track critical business action items to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Maintain absolute professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with all business information.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Industry Background: Direct, mandatory experience working within the construction or real estate sector.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office suite, and structured MIS reporting systems.

  • Core Competencies: Strong documentation, presentation, communication, and multi-stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Traits: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
