Position Profile

Dart Delivery Services LLC is seeking a practical Operational Fleet Supervisor to coordinate its expanding food delivery infrastructure in the UAE. This position centers on supervising daily driver distribution, tracking rider performance metrics, scheduling preventive vehicle maintenance, and optimizing delivery dispatch routing to achieve maximum operational efficiency and strict policy compliance.

Main Duties

  • Supervise daily dispatch operations, rider check-ins, and shift rotations across the logistics network.

  • Manage vehicle fleet health, coordinating timely maintenance, technical inspections, and repair cycles to minimize driver downtime.

  • Monitor rider attendance, behavioral compliance, safe driving practices, and adherence to corporate operational standards.

  • Strategy‑map vehicle distributions and manage resource allocations to fulfill shifting order volumes across the city.

  • Isolate and troubleshoot real-time logistics delays or routing disruptions to secure predictable delivery timelines.

  • Collate fleet metrics into detailed daily and weekly operational reports for senior management review.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year acting as a Fleet Supervisor specifically within a fast-paced UAE food delivery or last-mile logistics business model.

  • Geographic Familiarity: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai road networks, neighborhood shortcuts, and local RTA traffic safety codes.

  • Technical Application: Competent command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for data documentation; hands-on experience navigating dedicated fleet management systems (FMS) is an advantage.

  • Credentials: Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates driving license is preferred.

  • Core Aptitudes: Decisive field troubleshooting capabilities, distinct multi-tasking skills, and a firm approach to team leadership.
