Position Profile

Azizi Developments is urgently hiring a highly structured and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to its senior leadership team in Dubai. This role demands an experienced corporate support professional capable of managing complex schedules, handling confidential organizational files, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate corporate appointments, screen incoming correspondence, and organize leadership meetings.

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, manage visa processing workflows, and build detailed, time-sensitive itineraries.

  • Draft professional meeting agendas, record official minutes, and systematically follow up on designated action items with department heads.

  • Coordinate direct communication channels between senior management, high-value clients, and external corporate partners.

  • Oversee the filing, archiving, and protection of confidential reports, sensitive business intelligence, and legal records.

  • Provide flexible, high-level administrative assistance to top management, adjusting to shifting priorities as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Professional Background: 5 or more years of dedicated experience functioning as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior bilingual administrator.

  • Technical Aptitude: Advanced operational proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, alongside strong electronic document management skills.

  • Cultural & Language Alignment: Native Tagalog speaker possessing exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (Arabic language capability is considered an advantage).

  • Core Aptitudes: Exceptional organizational capability, strict adherence to workplace confidentiality, and the flexibility to support executive needs outside of standard business hours when required.
