Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month (Based on experience and role)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of recent, mandatory UAE banking sales experience

Position Profile

Credit Market is recruiting high-performing banking sales professionals to join its expanding client acquisition team in Dubai. Depending on experience depth, candidates will enter at the Officer, Senior Officer, or Manager level, taking ownership of business development, financial product promotions, and portfolio relationship management across the UAE banking sector.

Main Duties

  • Promote and sell an extensive suite of retail and commercial financial products, including bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, business loans, mortgages, and POS merchant terminals.

  • Identify potential corporate and individual clients, converting incoming leads and building a robust sales pipeline.

  • Cultivate long-term client relations, providing professional advisory services regarding loan structures, interest terms, and banking options.

  • Secure monthly sales targets while upholding internal banking standards and regulatory compliance policies.

  • Oversee accurate application processing, collecting mandatory documentation and coordinating with credit underwriters for client onboarding.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, which must be fully attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

  • Professional Background: At least one year of proven, current experience selling financial services or loan products within a UAE banking framework.

  • Core Aptitudes: High-velocity sales drive, exceptional client management traits, and a target-driven mindset.

  • Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to handle face-to-face recruitment interviews immediately in the UAE.
