Role Overview

Vega Premium is expanding its B2B operations team in Abu Dhabi and seeking a customer-centric Telecom Retention Officer. This position centers on managing client accounts, executing service recovery protocols, handling contract renewal timelines, and directly minimizing subscriber churn through persuasive negotiation and strategic relationship management.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Oversee dedicated B2B customer retention operations, managing contract renewals and addressing service cancellation requests.

  • Intercept complex client complaints, deploying rapid service recovery adjustments to preserve corporate accounts.

  • Conduct consultative check-ins with business clients to gauge service satisfaction and introduce loyalty incentives.

  • Track client account statuses and log follow-up actions inside company CRM systems.

  • Partner with standard account management and tele sales teams to identify risk accounts and implement loyalty initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Domain Background: Practical exposure handling customer accounts within telecommunications (such as du, e&, Virgin Mobile, or channel partners); backgrounds in service-heavy fields like banking, insurance, or real estate are also welcome.

  • Language & Communication: Strong professional command of the English language; fluency in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, or Tamil is a strong hiring advantage.

  • Visa Standings: Immediate availability to start alongside independent sponsorship (own visa or spouse visa) is preferred.
